Bay Equity is completely inept at closing a loan. It felt like the loan team and underwriters had never worked on a Wisconsin loan, and that was felt by everyone in the transaction, including the buyers. It was painful to get to closing on the transaction, and Bay Equity only continually made it worse. I could never in good faith refer another buyer to Coleen or Bay Equity.
