This company is terrible!! Don’t go there , they hire sub contractor that is unprofessional and don’t speak English. They left a bunch of debris in my attic, left the front of my house looking like a mess put drill holes in my stucco wall. I have to call superintendent who had to try to fix the crappy work on the front of my house. Which he kept saying they will come back and fix what they did. A customer should never have to repeatedly call a company to get there business. Called Tuesday for an estimate on a Metal roof and solar roof fan install. Friday I had to call them back and got told I was on the list and would be getting a call sometime that day. Almost 5 pm no call and no care when I called again to inquire. If the customer service in the office is this bad it makes me wonder how the roofing personnel are.

very bad experience with collis roofing
Terrible experience. Left me waiting for weeks on a repair estimate then, after not contacting me, I called and am told they can't do the job after all. Total waste of my time.

This home had many issues with the chimney and roof. It required stucco work, rotten wood replaced, rotten wall sheathing and to have the flashing replaced. He was told we needed to do the roof and chimney repairs before replacing stucco. Unfortunately, the customer chose to have the stucco work done first. If there was a rating worse than poor that is what I would give this company. Is there a 5 star below poor rating? Absolute worst experience I have ever had in my 30 years as a landlord. Spent a fortune for a new roof on a commercial building, and have had nothing but leaks ever since. The contractor has been out over and over and the leaks have continued for three years. The worst thing I have ever experienced in customer service. I have a hole in my house due to a fallen tree. In Feb I had an estimator come out and give me a quote. He promised to work diligently with my insurance company but that never happened. I was told that I would need to wait four to six week to get on the repair schedule. Veterans held hostage. We have been waiting 7 months for new windows. Corporate will not return calls. We have PACE funding so can't hire another contractor till Collis releases us from contract. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY!
I waited weeks for an estimate and my estimate was $6,359 for a 1,034 Square foot house! Absolutely ridiculous!
