Great, Could add get what I wanted for the school.
The maintenance crew does a fantastic job trying to keep the property beautiful. They work hard and are always quick when something needs to be fixed. Unfortunately, some tenants don't care. They let their dogs pee on the lawn which kills the grass. Also, some tenants use the parking lot as free storage for unused cars. We have two by us one of them a white BMW that has not moved in about a year, plates on car but registration is outdated. the other a red Nissan no tags sitting for at least 4 months.
