The maintenance team came to inspect my concerns and the next day there was a tree company here to remove the leaning trees that could potentially cause damage to the building during the next storm[which by the way happened on 12/17-12/18]. Well done maintenance team and Heatherwood..

We needed an exterminator to come by ASAP. We thought we would be waiting at least 5 days. They came by in 2. We couldn't be happier. The crew was friendly, polite, & did the job quickly.

The heat in our apartment was not working and we were freezing. I called the maintenance line and Joe came immediately. He fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes and was so friendly!
