Verified Renter Horrible experience since I've been here. No such thing as a timely competent repair. During the summer I've had to stay at a hotel on more than 1 occasion due to not having working ac.

Verified Renter Terrible maintenance staffing. Office does not follow up on requests and will lie to your face. Some form of security is severely needed.

Verified Renter It can be a lot better.. Offcie doesnt answer the phones or emails.. Ive sent many emails, some are the same about situations going on and no response. I would not recommend Bristol park apartments at the moment..

Very horrible and unprofessional I definitely do not recommend nobody to stay here! I hate I moved here! They are very rude and unprofessional! They never in the office, if they are in the office I sit in there with the door locked! I’m so ready to move

Leasing Office I have been a resident here for five years. It’s a great community to live in, but I am fed up with never being able to contact the leasing office via phone or in person when I need to handle business! It is extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with! Today is Sunday, which is my only day off of work! The hours are 12-4pm, so why isn’t there anyone at the office?!!!!!!!!
