My tongue tie release was much easier than I expected. The process was well explained, the procedure was quick and easy, the instructions were clear and the staff has been available for questions. I've worked 3 decades in healthcare and my closure stitches look like the work of an artist. The release has allowed my tongue to rest more forward so I can breath much easier through my nose. As an adult getting a tongue tie release, I can say that Dr Jesse and everyone there made the experience as good as it could be. Everyone was very caring about my comfort level, and Dr Jesse called me at home later in the day. I am already feeling more relaxed in my shoulders! Thank you Dr Jesse!

Everything and everyone was so welcoming and caring from the minute I stepped into the office. I was nervous about the procedure, but I felt at ease once I started my exam with Dr Chad. The actual procedure was fairly quick and painless as Dr Chad took extra care to make sure I couldn’t feel anything. He also followed up with me later that afternoon to make sure I was doing well. The facility was clean and they are super organized.

Dr. Chad and his team are amazing. They are so nice, helpful, knowledgeable, transparent, and caring. This place is great and it was reassuring my baby was in loving hands during her tongue, lip, and cheek tie procedure.

I had my 4 month old and my 2 year old seen to get tongue & lip ties reversed. The staff is knowledgeable and are the kindest group of people I’ve ever been blessed to have take care of my family. The difference it immediately made for my 4 month old and then my 2 year old had us in tears (of joy). I got my little girl back and had no idea it was a tongue tie affecting her so. We saw Dr. Chad and Nurse Angela and our experience was really spectacular. They took pictures to help their explanations and expected procedure, answered all our questions, and we’re so kind. We got to sit in on the procedure which I really appreciated. Demonstration of the stretches was really helpful and so glad they made us practice before we left.
