The staff and Doctor were amicable and provided adequate information about my daughter's tongue and lip tie. I wish I had known about this sooner as it would've made nursing WAY better! Better late than never though and the procedure was fast, even by toddler standards. I highly recommend! I never felt pressured and my daughter is doing great post-procedure.
Dr. Jesse and his staff were very professional and informative of our son’s tongue and lip tie. They explained in detail the cause and effect of both ties as well as the treatment option to correct the ties which we were able to do same day during our appointment time. The procedure itself was quick (<10 seconds) and our son didn’t make any noise during it which was a huge relief! Our newborn baby girl had a tongue and lip tie diagnosed and released. Dr. Jesse Witkoff very thoroughly explained the importance of proper oral function and how ties can affect a baby. He and his staff are so kind and we felt very cared for during the entire process and knew our daughter was in great hands.
