We had our first visit back in January this year when Dr. Jesse was offering his first ever free release day. My daughter was born with a stage 4 upper lip tie and tongue tie. The first night of breastfeeding was miserable. The nurses and lactation consultants at the hospital caught the ties the next morning as she was having troubles latching. They gave us a list of places that could do the procedures but after researching them we were only comfortable with Dr. Witkoff and his abundance of referrals.
