I had high hopes when seeing the reviews for Columbus OB/GYN Center and was looking forward to my first pregnancy appointment. I called several times and left messages each time asking to get a call back from the OB Coordinator to schedule my 8 week appointment with no call back. I called several more times and waited on hold for 30+ minutes to reach someone with no luck. If this is how unresponsive they are for potential new patients, I'm concerned with what customer service existing patients receive.
The call center did not add my appointment so when I got there they said I did not have an appointment for the day. The call center woman was also extremely rude when she had to call back to the office to clarify something and hung up on me. Then I was told someone would come into the room to tell me if my insurance covered my birth control and I waited 15 minutes and no one ever came in.

I had to pay out of pocket ($200) just to get on a birth control. Dr. Jones didn’t listen to my concerns whatsoever about the birth control I was previously on and just put me on a random pill. For that kind of money it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Hoping a new doctor will be better and actually listen to what I have to say.
The appointment is at 9:00 and we are called at 9:15 and doctor attended us at 9:45. I am not sure why we have to wait for such a long time when there are no patients in the hospital expect me

The person I spoke with on the phone was not pleasant and was rushing me off the phone. As I explained the issues I had she just told me I’m sure she understands. The caller was not trying to hear what o had to say and didn’t treat my concern as a priority

The CEO talked to my dr. During my appt time while I waited in my room for my dr to come in. She apologized and told me that it was the CEO that was talking to her in her office. I only had 10 minutes left before I literally had to run out and get back to my job. It didn’t leave time to really discuss any concerns I may have had, and I was using vacation time for this appointment. The CEO should know to hold patients as a priority, and my time is just as important as his! I didn’t appreciate it!
