I felt my symptoms and my health issues I’ve experienced were heard and understood. My doctor answered all of my questions and concerns, and came up with an action plan on how to address my health further. Everyone was very nice and friendly, and I appreciate my doctor’s guidance in addressing all of my concerns and health.

It’s a good place and welcoming too. The dr take their time to explain things to client. It makes a good place to always visit. Also attention is given where and when needed

The lack of privacy was absurd!! To be abruptly taken to an open closet area and immediately asked what my symptoms of perimenopause were on my first ever visit to the practice. Literally NO door or even a curtain!? And then when I became emotional and caught off guard by the environment the nurse assumed “well obviously you have anxiety”. Uhhhh duh I’m anxious I didn’t know I’d be thrown in an open closet and expected to tell you details of my concerns where anyone could hear me.
This time I was uncomfortable during the ultrasound. The first time I was not.

I scheduled an annual gynecology appointment with no concerns or medical issues. My longtime gynecologist, whom I had seen for decades, retired. After not having a good experience with the provider I tried last year, I decided to give this practice a chance. Unfortunately, this appointment was very disappointing.
