Intake nurse and NP were wonderful. The checkout experience was a nightmare and I was unsuccessful in being able to schedule my next appointment due to the rudeness of the lady I spoke to. She was unwilling to help and spoke badly of staff that worked there.

Before going for the appointment, I called to verify my last date of my birth control implant, firstly, wrong date was provided which led to the appointment. The office found out the actual date, no one called to notify me so as to cancel the appointment. They still made me attend the appointment, made payment with nothing done. The office needs to refund my $35. That appointment should not have been scheduled if wrong information was not provided.
Large office and very clean but my nurse just handed me a cup and assumed I would remember where the bathroom was and how to get back to my room. The same thing happened when I left. Two wrong turns before I found my way.

The nurse said a derogatory comment regarding my career. She asked me where I was going after my appointment. I told her I worked from home. She further propped into exactly what I did and when I gave her details of my role, she remarked and said she thought I did a menial job and didn't know I was smart to hold a hugh tier position in my company. I did not get a print out of my ultrasound, it was really fast I looked at the ultrasound for like 2 secs… I was suppose to get antibiotics and it was never prescribed and no one called me back for a follow up to see the high risk nurse.

Great experience when at the practice - Doctor goes above and beyond. Support staff is nice. Problem is support when calling in with issue or the follow ups post appointment. Doctor put in referral for a specialist. It took 8 business days for her office to put in the referral. I had blood work done, it took several days for them to call me with results.
