Dr Miller has been absolutely incredible and has done an amazing job dealing with my many concerns and talked to me thoroughly about my options, whether surgical or medicinal. The staff has been subpar dealing with my concerns (not calling back and having to call them several times throughout a week to get in) and have had an issue keeping my insurance on the portal even though I have given it to them every time I come in. Let me preface this by saying I love my care team. My doctor, her nurse and medical assistant are all fantastic and so thoughtful with the questions they ask and the care that they give. My frustration is with the office operations and scheduling. In the past 6 months I’ve had 3 appointments get cancelled the day of my appointment. This is frustrating because as a working mother, I’ve already arranged my schedule for the day around my appointment.
