Appreciate appointment reminders even though I put it on my calendar. Appointment easy to acknowledge. Check in app does not always go easily.
It was fine I guess. Just a quick visit atleast the nurse gave me some answers!
The appointment was on time and Dr. Guilkey was helpful and understanding. She did all the right things.
Other than the very long wait time for calling the offices. Their call volume is crazy long every time They don’t have direct phone lines for each office. So you are on hold forever! The visit was very good. Staff was very friendly! The NP was very gentle and listened to call my concerns. Was very happy with them.

I was just there to have a shot administered. But everything was done smoothly, professionally and efficiently.
Dr Miller has been absolutely incredible and has done an amazing job dealing with my many concerns and talked to me thoroughly about my options, whether surgical or medicinal. The staff has been subpar dealing with my concerns (not calling back and having to call them several times throughout a week to get in) and have had an issue keeping my insurance on the portal even though I have given it to them every time I come in.
