I showed up 15 mins early for my appointment. I was taken back and weighed, etc. timely and then put into a room. There I stayed for over a half hour while I heard the NP see two other patients. No one checked on me to inform me she was running behind. I think they forgot about me. I had to get dressed and go find the nurse and ask what’s going on. I was going to reschedule but they assured me I would be seen in the next few minutes. I stayed and once the NP came in, everything went well. I really like her. However, no one a... read more

Confirming my appointment followed by a notice of needing to reschedule two minutes later? Then a notice that there was an error. Andvyo come on. Trying to get to the appointment on time was impossible. I called and was on hold 18 minutes

Mammogram at Taylor station location Hated the construction and traffic. Tech was great but someone opened the door Right in the middle of screening. That was not okay!

I have been a longtime patient of Columbus Obgyn. I called and specifically asked for electrolysis. I checked in online and attended my appointment only to find you do not do electrolysis. There is a very big difference between laser removal and electrolysis air removal. I’m not quite sure how it was miscommunicated, but it wasted the time and my time. Thank you

My experience with Dr. Sinclair was great. She listened to me and answered all my questions. I did forget to ask for my prescription for Nitrofurantoin Mono-MCR 100 MG to be refilled. When I got there for my very first ever mammogram, I was told that I shouldn't have worn deoderant and also that my 4 yr old daughter couldn't stay with me. This was not something I was aware of until the lady came up to get me. We did end up figuring it out but would have much better had I been prepared before hand. Even the front desk was unaware of children not being able to stay with you.

About Lab: The lady(i don’t know the name )who draw blood was so rude. she wiped the area where she supposed to draw blood with alcohol wipes and wiped the are with gauze then and there at the same time, instead of keeping some second to air dry the area. When i said her she should not do that, she was mad and said we don’t have that much time to wait till the area get dry and draw blood because patient are in line. My appointment was scheduled for2:00. I checked in at1:43 and never got called back.I went back up to receptionist about 2: 30 and asked if they forgot about me. Receptionist went back to check and I was called back shortly afterwards about 2: 37. Needless to say I wasn't very happy about that. Experience with Dr. Kurup was very good.
