Verified Renter Thus far the experience has been wonderful. Helpful, friendly, courteous staff. Modern units in a perfect location. You have the privacy of being surrounded by trees, yet anything you need is just a couple minutes away.

Verified Renter The experience has been great, but the amenities that are offered are only available for a short amount of time a day. The clubhouse is not open 24/7 and when you work, youre only able to access the beer on Saturdays because by the time you get home, everything is closed. I wish that there were more fire pits around the community. The only one is in the pool area and cant be used in the evening past 9. I know that other residents feel the same way about the fire pit.
Verified Renter For my first time living in a apartment complex everything seems to be going very well. I enjoyed the trash valet and I love the access to the pool. However I wish it would be open a little later sometimes I get home from work late and enjoy a dip. I would say instead of saying dusk make it like a hotel pool And close it at 10 during the week maybe 11 on the weekends. Its a great facility but the time is too limited
Verified Renter Everything has been seamless since moving in. Met lots of residents, they have events all the time & the trash valet is amazing! Toured lots of places and waited months to get my unit. Excited to be a part of the community.
Verified Renter Overall great, just didn’t have the place ready for move in date, place was still dirty from residents prior. As well as washer and dryer are not installed even when we chose the option to rent them

Constant weed smell. Our building constantly smelled like marijuana. We it was the room two floors below us. They would smoke and the whole building would smell terrible. It seeped through the laundry room and made our clothes and apartment smell. We complained multiple times to the office and the issue was never addressed.

Poor property management Don’t plan on using amenities unless you are on property from 8-6. Expect to get sarcasm if you try to address concerns such as water damage on floors (months now) black mold on my floor no matter how much Clorox I put on it. If I could attach pictures I would! Verified Renter Great place to live. It would be even better with a punching bag in the gym similar to the apartment complex nearby, Hawthorne at Leland.
