Verified Renter Great amities, nice modern apartments and great staff! Pet deposits are the CHEAPEST in the Leland, nc area! Very impressed with how quickly they were able to fix the minor issue with the air conditioning unit.

Everyone I have interacted with (staff and residents) is very friendly and I enjoy my time at home. There is very little noise from neighbors, which was a problem where I used to live. The community is very conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. I love living here!
