Not happy with my install, I found the main unit on my living room is barely attached to the wall, they tried to get away with a cutout of their system instead working around the gutter, my back room cut out was blown out by their lack of drilling a pilot hole , now i need to spend the extra time time to fix their blowout... and lucky for me, it is abspestos siding I spent 2 years going to school for HVAC, they did a terrible job
I was in need of a new AC condenser and coil as mine was beginning to fail. Things started out fine with Comfort Flow. They were prompt and seemingly professional. But....once the new units were installed, the didn't work. At all. First I was told a tech would need to come out, then was told I would be charged an additional $100 for the service call.
