From booking our appointment for an annual check on our furnace to the departure of the technician, we were extremely satisfied with this company. Our technician Jeff, was professional, knowledgeable and careful when adhering to Covid protocols. He even told us how to go about applying for a $50 rebate from ******for having this maintenance check done!

Your service was excellent! The rep, Mikejo, was prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have in our home. He reminded us of the ****** ** ******rebate available because of the furnace maintenance done, so applied for it the same day. We would certainly recommend your company to other family and friends. Morgan not only provided excellent service, but explained how everything worked in our new home, made great suggestions to save energy costs, and took the time to ensure we applied for all the energy rebates that we would be eligible for. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The quote was detailed following a thorough home visit. The install team was very efficient and communicated well throughout the whole installation process. Pricing was competitive. I recommend giving them a look!

We had CT do our annual ac service. They noticed it wasn't working as efficiently as usual. CT arranged for another tech. to come the next day to do the repair which turned out to be a 4 hour job. This was done under warranty at no charge Personally I spent a career dealing with trades and find CT to be one of the best to deal with for integrity and organizational ability. *** ******

Mike was out twice in a week - very helpful, thank you. Jeff was at two different locations for us. Love that he has so much knowledge and shares it. Your office staff are most welcoming and have recall of their clients which is always a huge plus when dealing with multiple properties. Your hiring department has also done an excellent job. From the initial consult with Jason and then with the owner, Jeff to the completion of installation with Rob, Greg and Jenn we are very satisfied with our new AC unit and gas hookup. The professionalism, quality of work, and product was exceptional - you pay for what you get! We highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a new furnace, air conditioner and/or maintenance.
