My experience with Comfort Tech from start to finish was absolutely amazing! I sent an email to ask for a quote and the next morning I had a phone call followed up with an email. An appointment was booked for an estimate within a couple days. The salesman was very informative and answered all of my questions. Jason and Rob came to do annual maintenance on my furnace. They were friendly, honest and highly professional. And they gave me some great tips for general maintenance on the furnace, like types of filters that will help it run even more efficiently going forward. Their level of knowledge and quality of service were both excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Tech!

Company made it easy to book visit and kept me updated on timing technician was coming. Technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He told me what he was planning to do and informed of his findings. He gladly answered questions l had also.

We have had Comfort tech do maintenance on our heating and cooling appliances for a while now and are pleased with their work and knowledge. They found some issues including incorrect installations that they rectified. They are courteous and explain well what they found and advise. I also so appreciate that they wear slippers over shoes and don’t leave tracks on our floors. I appreciate their respect.

I have always been pleased with the products and service I’ve received from Comfort Tech. They installed our previous furnace, air conditioner, hot water tank and humidifier and I’ve had a maintenance contract for several years which makes for stress-free care.
