Comfort Tech installed my new hot water tank. The office staff is so very pleasant to deal with. The techs were polite, friendly and very tidy. Nathan did a wonderful job. He is very thorough and double checked all aspects of his work. He also gave me some useful information as he went along. When all was done, the bifold door on the HWT closet was very tight and a bit difficult to close, as the new tank was ever so slightly bigger than the old one. The team at Comfort Tech was awesome to work with. Very responsive. Awesome turn around time. Very communicative. They also responded to fix an issue that I saw with the filter door and decided to react in a positive manner to correct the challenge I saw. I am 110% satisfied. Quality service. Quality product.
Had to call after business hours for furnace repair. Tech came out quite quickly after the call The furnace needed a part. Comfort Tech was able to source the part and install it the next day. Considering the outside temp we appreciated them getting this fixed in such a timely manner.
