Great company to work with. They let you know the cost up front. They set up the appointment and are always on time. Sometimes, they call and see if they can come out earlier (always a good thing).
After numerous attempts to correct a faulty install with the original company that installed this unit only 3 years ago, called Commander Air. They were on time, diagnosed and corrected the problem and saved me time and money towards a lawsuit. Very professional yet personable, good pricing, and very knowledgeable.
I have used Commander Air for many years and they have always provided great service. Not only is it easy and quick to get an appointment they call when they're on their way. They have serviced my gas fireplaces and whole home generator. I would highly recommend them for any service needs.
Our technician that serviced our vented fireplace was knowledgeable, friendly and more than willing to answer any questions. From a fireplace that would not work, it now works great.
Timely response to my problem. JC explained how to reset my generator should the problem happen again. Every contact I have had with this company from the estimate, installation and office personnel has been great.
