We have been doing business with Commander for over 40 years. They take care of our HVAC system, our tankless hot water system and ourventless fireplace. They have always been prompt, efficient, courteous and friendly. We think they're great.
We have two different types of natural gas fireplaces, both not working the best. The technician came in, was polite and serviced both of our fireplaces fantastically. He provided us with knowledge about them and when he left we had peace of mind knowing they were safe and fully functional. Will definitely call for future service or just seasonal maintenance!
Very nice, professional, efficient, and priced way under other companies we checked on. Did not try to "upsell".
Excellent and prompt service, great communication and workmanship. Can not recommend this company enough. We put in a Daikin Fit system to replace a Carrier Heat pump the previous owners had not maintained well and it is far superior a product with inverter technology. Also 3 mini splits with the same technology and a tankless gas water heater - no more running out of hot water ! My electric bills are down. The entire process and professionalism displayed by Commander Air was exceptional! Both when they installed my new Daikin A/C-Heating system, and their one-year follow-up to ensure everything was in order. Amanda was extremely professional, and even updated some of the system attachment, checking with me first, and then took care of them in short order. I am impressed by the professionalism, customer service, and total quality of their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
