Tried C/R tonight for the first time. We started off with drinks and the meatball appetizer. The meatballs were amazing and drinks were really good. No complaints there. I ordered my steak rare and she got hers medium. Both came out well done and like leather. Sides were decent and what you would expect from a high end steakhouse. Mother’s Day dinner, we had been once before and the food and service were excellent. This time food lacking and no table touch from manager, which is expected for price point. We had reservations and a larger party with several kids (that were given balloon animals for Mother’s Day) sat next to us. The food and atmosphere were wonderful, as we have found in all of the Cunningham restaurants. The service was sadly lacking, which, in fairness, was a first for us. Although we were promptly seated and the greeting was warm and genuine, our server failed to deliver cream for my wife's coffee (after two requests), didn't check back with us to see how our meal was (although a manager dropped by the table), never offered a refill on our coffee, didn't remove plates from the table once we had finished eating, and then made us w... read more

Very disappointed with dinner last night. If I’m paying $20 plus dollars for a drink it shouldn’t be made with a jigger, very weak drinks. My steak was just awful. I complained a few times about it and never saw a manager come by our table. For what we spent we should’ve gone elsewhere and got much better quality all around. Mediocre at best so disappointing.

Restaurant was the perfect location (next door) to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and parking. Nice decor and service was excellent. However they sat my party of 6 in the back of the restaurant near the restroom even though we had a 4:15pm reservation to celebrate a special occasion and there were very few patrons at this time, an empty bar area and a room full of open tables. None of my food was at proper temperature. Everything was cold when it arrived at my table.

The food was pretty good. Service was fine but I don’t think it weren’t the price. We have eaten at many many places that have very very good food for half the price of what we paid there. Nothing against it, but it really isn’t worth the price.
