It was a our first visit to this office and the staff is what makes this office what it is today!!! They seemed very busy, but were prompt getting my child taken care while making her feel comfortable at the same time. I have been to several dentists in my time and this office is by far head and shoulders above the rest. It is not often you see so many smiling faces in one building loving what they do. The dentist(s) that performed my son's surgery were kind, courteous, and very professional the entire time. It was a good experience as far as operations go.
I was pleased with my son's first visit. He had fun and the nice little prizes he got for doing a good job was nice:) Although my son threw a little tantrum at the end when everything was done, it was nice that Dr. Phelps answered all my questions and they are very nice and understanding when my son was on the floor throwing a fit..his first visit to the dentist turned out better than I thought because they were able to get an xray from him too..
Excellent care as always from Dr. Phelps and her team. My daughter got two teeth "wiggled" out, and still was excited when left because she LOVED her dentist and wantd to know when she was going back. The staff here is wonderful!
Quick and painless.
I love this office and everything about it. The staff is friendly and seems to really care. Dr Phelps was great with my son, she is very thorough and you can tell she loves her job. My four year old now loves the dentist. I am so happy I found this office by far the best in Hampton
