Wait time was short. Dr. Phelps and her assistant took very good care of my daughter while they fixed her cavity. They explained everything they did to my daughter to make her comfortable.
From booking our appointment through the follow-up after the appointment, the staff here was extremely professional and friendly. My daughter LOVES to dentist and looks forward to going to her next visit (even though she doesn't realize it's to get her teeth pulled) because Dr. Phelps was so wonderful with her. We will definitely be returning here and would recommend her and this office to everyone. We found them from positive reviews on a google search and they were all true, this office is great!
The experience was great. Jasmyne was hesitant to come in and she left feeling like she worried for nothing. The staff was lovely as always. Dr. Phelps was kind and patient with Jasmyne.
I had my 15 month old toddler in for her 1st visit. Needless to say, she was not very easy to work with. All she allowed was her bottom teeth to be cleaned & the doctor to get a tooth count & quick check of her gums and teeth, as she was screaming. The doctor & staff were not pushy with her & only did what she tolerated & allowed. They were all upbeat and positive. They were great!
Our experience with Dr. Phelps was very enjoyable. Everyone in the office is so nice and seem so happy to help, and my son always looks forward to going. Thank you all.
Dr Phelps is wonderful. She has a great bedside manner. She cares and is very calm with children!!
Making my appointment was quick and easy. The wait was surprisingly not long at all which was great since I was there waiting for my 11 month old to be seen. Everyone was very friendly and we were in and out.
