Very nice and friendly. My 4 year old felt very at home and comfortable. She wasn't scared at all.
I have to say that the process for new patients was very simple and efficient. #1 I did not have to reiterate information that was already put down on the New Patient Packet. There is nothing like redundancy. #2 Both kids were treated at their appointment time. I liked that I was able to be in the same room with both of them to answer/ask any questions or concerns. My experience was wonderful. It has been wonderful forthe past 16 years. Dr. Allen and his staff are all wonderful.
I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Allen was doing some preventative work on my daughter and discovered a cavity which he fixed right there, no need to make another appointment. That evening he gave us a call to make sure my daughter was feeling okay. Excellent customer service.
Caring for parent is a family oriented environment.I enjoy going there each visit.
We love coming to Dr. Allen's office. I knew Ella would not be afraid coming and everyone has always taken good care of us and are very friendly and welcoming.
Office is clean, staff is friendly, in and out quickly, and the kids had an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!
The staff was wonderful, friendly and professional. I could not be happier with the way they handled and cared for my 4 and 6 yr old. Clean and modern atmosphere. I'm very pleased with our overall visit!
