********************* is our Community Association Management Rep. - she is AMAZING to work with. As an HOA President with a full-time job, she provides me and the Board with excellent insights, guidance and support. She is always there when we need her. CAM handles critical administrative items for the Board and our neighborhood HOA including dues collection, finance management to bid requests. I've thankful to have CAM and ***** as partners in helping our neighborhood be the best it can be.

I have served as HOA president for over 18 years. During that time, we have used 3 different management companies. CAM is by far the most efficient, responsive and professional. I am able to trust them to address all annual events in a timely manner. Example, they start the annual budget process before I call. They are able to answer questions in a professional manner and with surety. *** sends out quality communications with no errors. Our HOA's partnership with Community Association Management has been so very helpful to us! We are a very small community and would not be able to handle the volume of administrative work required to run a neighborhood on our own. Since we have no paid staff, our utilization of Community Association Management is critical. Our contact, ******, is responsive and knowledgeable and does a great job of guiding our community's annual processes. We highly recommend them!

CAM is a very professional organization that provides all the needs that helps our BOD manage community affairs. Staff if responsive, professional and courteous and addresses issues in a timely manner. Ours is a small size rural vacation community located in North Carolina and the systems and support they provide are quite functional and effective for what we need.
