As an HOA President with a full-time job, she provides me and the Board with excellent insights, guidance and support. She is always there when we need her. CAM handles critical administrative items for the Board and our neighborhood HOA including dues collection, finance management to bid requests. I've thankful to have CAM and ***** as partners in helping our neighborhood be the best it can be.
I have served as HOA president for over 18 years. During that time, we have used 3 different management companies. CAM is by far the most efficient, responsive and professional. CAM is a very professional organization that provides all the needs that helps our BOD manage community affairs. Staff if responsive, professional and courteous and addresses issues in a timely manner. Ours is a small size rural vacation community located in North Carolina and the systems and support they provide are quite functional and effective for what we need.
