Worst property management ever- they don't return calls ever- they might respond to an e-mail they have no idea what's going on a daily basis, they have held monies owed from ins claim for over a month. the one star is only because I can't not give a -*****- i will ask the board to take a vote to void the contract due to not doing their job.
Community Association Management of *********. They are located at *****************************************************************************. They keep on over charging me HOA fees. After arguing with them. It takes them 6 months to correct the matter. They are the worst HOA in *********, North Carolina. They don't even deserve a one-star rating. ******

This is the ******* worst *** in North Carolina. They failed to take care of the actual homeowners and they allow the renters to do the h*** they like in the neighborhood. They take months or sometimes more than a year to resolve a simple problem. They also issue violation letters to the renters and they afraid of kicking them out. They don't answer the phone and have some folks blocked. Because they are untrained and uncapable of handling a simple matter. This company should NOT be in business. I repeat NOT. As a property manager of 18 years taking 60 days to respond to emails calls backs and provide evidence of violations is not only poor customer service but ILLEGAL especially when you continue to charge the owner late fees!!! We pulled out of our contract with this company to go with a local company for our HOA needs. We paid out of a contract which we were not aware they renewed automatically each year without our signature. During the transition Community Asso Mgmt sent our new ************* a disc with our information which was password protected. They called and the response was oh well...so we didn't even have current aging. They did not inform our vendors and *************************** of the change and our insurance was dropped. Uses bullying tactics in enforcing HOA violations and refuses to communicate effectively in handling grievances with violations or scheduling of hearings. All around this causes a toxic environment amongst the community and is not effective in promoting a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Instead it makes the HOA come across as domineering and uncaring.
