I had an absolutely terrible experience here I was in a level 10 pain when I went in and they were not gentle with me they started the numbing by stabbing me directly where it hurt they scolded me for taking pain medication and I didn’t know they weren’t going to put me to sleep so I didn’t take any before my appointment. They told me to take Motrin when I felt like I was dying and they were mean in condescending about the whole experience. I wouldn’t wish what I went through here on my worst enemy

Very cold dentist. Assistants were very nice but Dr Polanco needs some lessons on manners. Left this place not happy all because of his comments

Todos ahí son geniales. El Dr. Polanco me saco una muela difícil y no tuve dolor ni antes, ni durante, ni después. Isa Hernández no sólo tomó buen cuidado de mi durante la extracción de muela con el doctor, si no que se encargó de mi Puente temporal. Gracias al carisma y buen trato tanto de ella como del doctor nunca me quiero ir del consultorio. Estoy muy agradecida.
Had an appointment this morning after filling out the form and waiting for my appointment I was told I needed information my my dentist back home so they could not do my cleaning I should have been told that before I arrived for my appointment
I was in severe pain. They talked me through everything numbed me then took the tooth out. Yay!! No more pain!!!
Everyone there is so nice and friendly! The dentist and technician were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions. I’m glad I found them!!
Great experience, staff was wonderful. Will absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a dental office. 🥰
