RecommendedEvery time I have been there I have not ran into an employee that wasn't as pleasant as they could be.
I recently had a tooth break off of my partial. I called Community Dental immediately to inform them of my problem. They scheduled me to come in the next morning at 8 a.m.. They took a couple of impressions so that the lab they were sending my partial to would have additional information. I got my partial back the same day at 3:45...all my experiences with Community Dental has been very positive
they seem to be more interested in upselling rather than try and fix the problem in the way they were asked.
The hygienist name Joanne who was assigned to me continued to bully me into buying services that I told her that I did not need at that time but she would not let it go and after several attempts to get my teeth cleaned, she would not let up I’m here selling point. She was very rude and disrespectful. I finally got out of the chair as I did not need to be subjected to her abuse any longer and went to the reception area where the staff was very polite and proceeded to get at the dentist for me to talk to.
