I have never had an issue with these guys until it came to my dog being diagnosed with Pannus. I have been running my new catering business for 11 months and I missed two appointments. When I called back to set another appointment and fill a script the female was very rude to me. The change of tone in her voice and the lack of manners once she knew I had missed a couple appointments was obvious. She told me that the next appointment has to be paid in full before the visit. I totally understand that, however, it’s no reason t... read more

We've been customers for a very long time. I can't remember the lady vet who left, but she was the best. One vet (griffin?) Is about as rude as I've seen, & recently I called in for an appointment - the secretary said March 1st had a morning opening; I told her I worked mornings & she offered a 03/06 opening later in the day. The secretary the... read more

Since my post Sunday Jan 28th has been deleted- I’ll try again. Called Saturday at 5pm, 630pm and 915pm. My dog was experiencing pain from another flare up of IVDD. I was told the question would be passed to a tech to get an answer from the doctor and they would call me back. After not receiving a call back, now 6 hours after my first of 3 calls, I decided to take my dog in to be s... read more

Three years ago, your vet, Dr. Breon, misdiagnosed Booker as having abdominal cancer, and we were moments away from euthanizing him based on Dr. Breon's diagnosis and prognosis. Thank God I trusted my instincts and said, "This isn't right. It doesn't make sense" and took him for a second opinion, where he was correctly diagnosed as having a viral infection--a simple tummy bug. He lived two more happy, healthy, loved years until it was his time to go at age 19. I cannot express how livid I was at the time, knowing that your v... read more
