I was very impressed by how the quality of the rooms were. When there was a massive water leak and it collapsed a part of my ceiling, The maintenance man Craig was very adamant about fixing it fast and got it done in very short time and made it look brand new. The manager was also very nice as well has his maintenance team and they all are here most the time. overall a great place.

I love, love, love the Compass Pointe apartments. The apartments are so nice, spacious, and the layout is great. More important is about the office staff. Mike Lum is the one that helped me through the process. He is knowlegable, patient, kind, and considerate. (when he says he will call or do something...he does!!!) I highly recommend these apartments if you're looking for a great place to live. Just ask for Mike.

My partner and I love living here! We’ve lived here for about two months and Amber the property manager has helped us with everything we have needed in a timely fashion. From maintenance frequents to the online portal she’s helped us out. She’s incredibly friendly and I never feel intimidated or dread having to call the office with her there! If you’re looking for a comfortable place to live in Pascagoula this is the place.
