Courtney was a Godsend. I was overwhelmed with the prospect of selling my house -- Courtney was extremely patient and streamlined the process for me. She treats her clients like family not numbers. She did an outstanding job. The staging and photography were awesome. We had multiple offers within 3 days of listing and were under contract in four days. We ended up closing 34 days after listing.
