She has a great sense of what a potential buyer wants and makes that shine in your home. She comes prepared and always has a positive attitude. Courtney did a wonderful job preparing and staging our house for sale. We had already moved out of the area and she when above and beyond to take care of all the pre-sale prep and managing the post offer inspection repairs. Overall, while there were some twists and turns, we were very happy listing to acceptable offer was only 30 days.
