From the moment I stepped into the building, everyone including the front desk, PA, and Physician treated me with kindness, concern, and respect. Everyone explained the process and overall belief as to what was my illness. Thank you for treating me like I was a family member.

Had a late night Urgent care visit 3 weeks ago on a weekend They had qualified staff ready and all the knowledge /equipment needed to make sure I was taken care of. They diagnosed exactly what was going on in rare medical experience that I had never heard of or foreseen. Because of their expertise I have made a full recovery thanks to how quickly they assessed and addressed what was going on, literally a life saving experience! Thank you 🙏

I felt privileged to be taken care of by such a professional staff. Jason, Irine, and Dr. Obregon were all very caring and thorough, and explained every service they performed, which was comforting during my visit to the SOUTHLAKE Complete Care facility. Everyone was extremely caring and professional. They were very kind to my son which in turn helped to put him at ease. If we ever have to visit an emergency room again this will be the place we head to for medical attention.
