The team was great Jonathan super nurse. I didn’t notice ladies name but she was nice. Dr y u dont know how to spell name. He was very thorough I love this clinic
No wait and clean as a whistle. Great customer service experience. Nurses and doctors went above and beyond to get us taken care of. I would recommend Complete Care of Southlake to anyone who is needing care.
One stop shop
Everything was excellent except for the blood draw and getting an IV in. I know it was difficult as I was extremely dehydrated. It took about 12 sticks from 2 people and then Mr Ellis came in and got my IV in immediately. I would have given a 5 except for the lab experience.

My experience was excellent. Each person I dealt with was very personable and very professional.
The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were really kind and helpful. I feel like they listened to my concerns and paid attention. The nurse in particular was really good about putting me at ease. And then the receptionist pulled out there extra suckers to find me the flavor I wanted! 😂 Highly recommend!
