The level of service and speed of treatment was fantastic. It's how I wish all medical processes could be. The ridiculous over the top paperwork & pre screening seen in the medical field were avoided allowing us to be in and out quickly. I've told every mom we've encountered that if something ER related arises, they should come see y'all first.

BEWARE!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. After I waited for 20 minutes, they tried to collect $250 as a “self pay” instead of the $75 urgent care deductible on my INSURANCE card! I was told it was a holiday and they couldn’t verify my insurance. I have never been to an urgent care or ER and been asked to pay part of the deductible (I have a co-pay) not a deductible!!! I know my own insurance. RUN, they had no issue taking the woman who came in behind me and was self pay. THEY DONT WANT YOUR INSURANCE. I left, in pain ... read more

Please note that we are a licensed emergency room, not an urgent care facility. We attempted to collect a deposit of $200, which is a reasonable amount considering the typical emergency benefits associated with most health plans. This is seriously THE BEST urgent care you can find in the DFW area!!! The best staff, caring nurses and a VERY knowledgeable doctor!!

Your service was excellent. Front Office, Physician Assistant and Physician provided service I was looking for. Here is an issue. I am 77 years old. Federal Govt requires me to pay for Medicare and I also carry Blue Cross Supplement for a monthly cost of close to $1800 a month. This is all after working 60 years and paying for this benefit. Ms. Gomez, we are very sorry at this time that we can't accept Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare through no fault of our own. Since the Public Health Emergency (PHE) ended May 11, 2023 state licensed Freestanding Emergency Centers (FECs) are no longer allowed to participate in Medicare unless the federal government passes legislation to make this benefit permanent. We were called in, sent back out again saying we’ll be called in few mins and waited for an hour! Once in we were waiting to be called for the xray for another 45 mins! We chose this location cause it’s been a breeze before but this time the wait was ridiculous.

Front desk was great. The night nurse Krystal was not okay last night. The doctor was great. The nurse wasn’t very sympathetic, didn’t ask if I needed anything (my fiancé walked out to them at least twice to adjust meds, blankets, etc.). The nurse also did not walk me out to the door or ask if I needed a wheel chair out after pain meds. They basically kicked me out after my last dose and said here’s your check out paper work to sign. I came in with breathing problems you took chest x rays and send me on my way with a inhaler and steroid pills. 2 days later I fell even worse and went to another hospital and they told me I have pneumonia and that the medication I had been taking was pointless

Upon entering the empty waiting room of this Urgent care facility, I was asked to hand over my driver’s license and insurance card - that clearly revealed my DOB & Insurance info for my co payment of $30. However, upon discharge, I was not only over charged by $70 but the RN who initially took my info. while looking at my driver’s license , to enter the info in to the system, had messed up my DOB AS WELL AS MY OVER CHARGE OF $100 instead of $30 as it clearly showed on my insurance card.
