I felt privileged to be taken care of by such a professional staff. Jason, Irine, and Dr. Obregon were all very caring and thorough, and explained every service they performed, which was comforting during my visit to the SOUTHLAKE Complete Care facility. Front desk person, Mary, was efficient & expedited my visit. I would definitely recommend this facility for medical needs.

Everyone was extremely caring and professional. They were very kind to my son which in turn helped to put him at ease. If we ever have to visit an emergency room again this will be the place we head to for medical attention.

All staff was very friendly and helpful. Nurses had trouble finding the correct brace for my knee and trouble putting it on, but a very positive friendly place. They are listed under urgent care, so thought I was going to urgent care not emergency room. I had already been dropped off before I realized it was an emergency room, so it cost me extra since it wasn't urgent care.
