I had a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was informative of the process and communicated it well. The nurse that escorted me to my room was warm and disarming. The doctor was kind & courteous and walked through the process. He seemed to know the outcome was before the X-ray done. The radiologist was gentle and respectful.
