I had a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was informative of the process and communicated it well. The nurse that escorted me to my room was warm and disarming. The doctor was kind & courteous and walked through the process. He seemed to know the outcome was before the X-ray done. The radiologist was gentle and respectful. I am a registered nurse and registered nurses are picky. On a scale of 1 to 10, every time I’ve ever gone to Fossil Creek I would give them a 20 rating! Thank God that they are there when we need them! From the physicians to the nurses, the quality is the best I’ve ever seen.

Great over all experience for the first visit. Staff answered my questions and Dr. Spoke to me and explained everything and answered all questions.

The staff was very busy due to the high demand of covid patients yet they remain very professional, courteous and made sure to take time to explain everything to you as there patient. Highly recommend this place.
