I filed a formal complaint about the care I received at Complete Care Fossil Creek's emergency room on 11/06/2024. I visited due to severe breathing difficulties and requested that my friend accompany me, but despite repeated requests, she was only allowed in after the physician left. Dr. Malcolm J. Solley dismissed my primary concerns and misdiagnosed me, attributing my symptoms to an adverse reaction to Adderall, despite my symptoms being more consistent with an asthma attack. As soon as we walked in the front there lady had an attitude. Not welcoming at all more like an inconvenience. As soon as we were seen by the nurse first thing she suggested was x rays and ct scan without even knowing all the symptoms. Place was dirty. Room was filthy. Didn’t work feel like a doctors visit. Will never go back

The doctor I saw did not make me feel very comfortable when explaining my concerns and what I was going through. I also did not receive a adequate explanation as to why I was made to take a urine sample pregnancy test and I did not need the results, but I was also not given them nor was I given much instruction on what I came in to seek attention for. I have always had great visits in the past, however, this visit was different and did not make me feel confident walking out.

Thé doctor was lousy not friendly done in 30 seconds didn’t even look at my ears which hurt by the way and sent me home with nothing
