I got there feeling very sick and was seen fast. Got test done was given medicine and told me why I was feeling sick. Have to follow up with specialist. But very glad I went there.

The Dr that was on duty the morning of June 11 2021 at 8am has no bed side manner. He was rude and inconsiderate, not once did he come near me to check any of my vitals as the nurse did. Dr made me feel as if I had some kind of contagious disease. The nurse and the front desk was absolutely kind and caring.

Great service and care but I wished they would have told me my insurance was Out of network for their facility and their physician! I am stuck with $5K in bills thanks to them ignoring the fact that I was out of network during a critical health situation. Very disappointed.

Didn't have a good experience. I miss the old medical director. The new Dr Q is too stressed out and full of himself. The other staff were great, jeanne, hottie Matt and Robert . Other then those the front staff needs attitude redirection. It's not the same place as it once was with Joel K or Dr. Rayfield.

Getting registered was easy, the nurse & doctor were very thorough and treated us with professionalism. The one thing that I was disappointed in was we were told several times that we would be contacted the next day to find out if the diagnosis & meds were helping. No one ever called. I am still recovering and have thought that I might go back to ensure all meds were adequate or if I needed other medications. But unsure since there was no follow up.

The male technician was wonderful who took my daughters vital signs. I am a healthcare professional and felt that the gentleman who was the attending osteopath was unconcerned, very short, literally stood in the doorway approx 4 feet away from my daughter visually inspected her from there and never came close enough to properly assess the lesion on her leg . His bedside manor was not what I expected! He was also messy in appearance.
