Have used these folks twice for our rentals. Great!
We decided to replace all the vinyl flooring in our home. We went through Costco which sent Completely Floored to our home. We couldn't be more pleased with the whole process, from ordering, setting up the install and the actual install itself. We had 4 guys arrive right on time, never took a break and finished in one day. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend using Costco and Completely Floored.
I was very satisfied with my floor replacement project through Completely Floored. The estimate and installation headed by Andrey K was a job well done and done right. I appreciated the professional level this company operates on. The only issue keeping me from a 5* rating was in regards to lack of follow up for two weeks about securing an installer to take on my project.
I’ve used Completely Floored a few times and have always been very satisfied. My last project was so easy , Willy and his crew were in and out and it all looks fabulous. Today I’ll be going back to work With Ramon for another home project.in Bellingham. I know it will go smooth and especially grateful that they will go that distance to do this job. One day installation. Moved the furniture, laid the pad and carpet, great installation team. Excellent customer service, addressed our concerns quickly!
Over all very happy with the product and service. But I do have a few comments regarding improvements. 1. let homeowners know to cover everything in plastic prior to install so they don't spend hours cleaning dust off everything. 2. let installers know if the home owner provides floor protectors for the furniture take the extra 30 seconds to use them so homeowner doesn't have to lift all the furniture again to put them on. 3. when adding the corner strip molding at contact points like the fire place and door ways find a wa... read more
I decided on new carpeting throughout my condo- I went out for 3 bids and Completely Floored won hands down. Great service (thanks Blakley!) and looking forward to having it the installed next week.
We found that everyone we worked with to be very helpful and informative. I did not have a easy job but with their help it did not seem so daunting. I am thankful to find people that actually care.
