A horrid installation experience of vinyl plank flooring. The outstanding issue that still remains is gaps between the floorboards which was already supposedly addressed once, and the boards have now shifted to leave an even wider gap. Previously, they were back several times to fix nails that were left that stuck up to damage and partially protrude through the flooring and at least one of the gaps. I contracted with Completely Floored through Costco on 3-26-2018. I have been waiting over 2 months for materials to finish the job. It can take a week to get someone to call back. Still no date about when they will finish. Contract states projected job finish date of 5/10/2018, over 2 months ago.

This was the first time my wife & I were able to pick out items for a new house. We were lucky enough to have Terri help us out through the process and make it fun for my wife and easy for me. There were so many options to choose from and Terri was extremely helpful with all her suggestions. The end result blew us away. Joe did an amazing job with all the tile and backsplash we requested. Did not have a great experience with this place! They contract out their installation work, and when the installers showed up they didn't have the correct number of rooms to install the carpet in. Then I called the completely floored sales rep who then admitted that he and I had the same number of rooms per the initial quote and then called and corrected the installer (who never called me back) throughout this miscommunication.
