If your situation does not improve, he will openly discuss with you your options - this approach is exactly what I look for. After 3 other doctors and over a year of being in a boot for an injury. I went for one more attempt for help! I just moved to the area, found Dr.Engel. From the first appointment to my surgery he listened to me. Found the problem and went into action right away to fix it! He listens, great bed side manner, and is just absolutely amazing! Dr. Gershtenson has done two hand surgeries on me and both surgeries were very successful. I had/have arthritis in both my thumbs and Dr. Gershtenson was able to do surgery to strengthen both hands and alleviate the pain I was having in them.I highly recommend seeing Dr. Gershtenson for your orthopedic needs.
I visited Dr Lasee following a visit to the ER for a dislocated shoulder. He was very knowledgeable and took his time with me throughout exposing my injury and options. Very appreciative of him.

Dr Gershtenson is great. I saw him for a 2nd opinion for a wrist injury that I have been dealing with for almost 2 years. I am now on the road to recovery after finally getting the correct diagnosis and surgical intervention needed. Dr Gershtenson is knowledgeable, caring, and takes his time at every appointment. I am grateful to him and his staff for helping me restore my quality of life. He is the best surgeon hands down.
