Waited for almost an hour in the exam room He is very arrogant and self-centered Staff seems very uncaring He will tell you that nobody is better than him I had 5+ procedures from him and nothing has helped Do not recommend and will not return

I feel rushed at all times when I’m there. I feel that Dr Dietrick is a fine doctor;however, it’s almost impossible to get in touch with his office No telephone call will get through. All means of communication MUST BE THROUGH TEXTING. This is not acceptable to me. Yet, I feel Dietrick is very qualified to treat pain. But, a patient is more that a text. There is much room for improvement within this practice.

I have suffered headaches for 5 years and seen many doctors. He was the first doctor to consider that the discomfort may be coming from the cervical spine. He did tests that indicated that the cervical spine may be the source. I just had a cervical radio frequency ablation on my left side and it feels like the pain is diminishing. I’m optimistic that I am seeing relief.

Not very thorough but he is very kind and good “bedside manner” if you will. The staff at the front desk are unkind, not empathetic, no one ever answers the phone even after you leave messages. No one answers the phone no matter what button you push to connect with a human. I don’t feel I can rely on this office unfortunately because I don’t feel the front desk staff actually care about their job, nor do they take pride in the work they do. Doctor is good,, knows about pain management, but conservative with stating diagnosis, The staff at front desk barely answer the phones and when they do keep you on hold and then it gets disconnected. I really think they purposely hang up and when i call back they complain on how busy the phones are and put you back on hold.. In person they are all very rude at front desk. I have complained to the dr and nothing gets done , the same front desk people are still there... would recommend him

Doc kept me waiting 45 mins while he laughed with friends. Staff lied to me repeatedly. Took me 3 months to get a response. Staff rude and ghetto. Before they even met me, I approached the office 30 mins before closing time and staff hid below the desk and turned off the office lights while someone rann and locked the door ... i guess they wanted to go home so they didnt want any new patients

I would highly recommend the Doctor, but the office staff is so incompetent and rude it is very difficult to use this medical facility. Days of calls sometimes before someone answers the phone. Multiple hang ups when they try to transfer calls. Sad because the Doc does a great job.
