I generally do not write reviews but felt that I could not let time go by without expressing my gratitude to Dr. Porrata and his PA at the Congress office. They are both professional, compassionate, and friendly.

Took 3 days to respond to my msg. Then got appt in email.same day was called to give appt. Said u just emailed me one. They deny,but I have emai...gave appt for over 2 wks..Asked re cancel list.. She hadnt check..was a canc wk earlier.took it but there r many pmr md.found 1 w pleasant office who got me in much earlier. Sadly this is too prevalent in fl. Search and you'll find a good one.
Initially, I thought Dr. Goldfarb was good but all business. My last encounter for an injection was very upsetting. I was 10 minutes late, he made me wait even longer than that and came in spouting about me being ten minutes late without allowing me to explain what happened. Unlike most of my visits there he tells you step-by-step what he’s going to do, but this time he just stuck the needle in me and full blasted the medication and walked out of the room. This is an awful office, no care for the patients whatsoever…you can be in excruciating pain and they don’t care…the worst experience ever…would never recommend to anyone
I have been calling this office for the past 6 months regarding an error in their billing. I have left several messages as well as text messages with NO REPLY! My next call will be to the Medical Board and BBB as they are not responsible enough to return my phone call.
I’m copying and pasting this review so I don’t spend more time than necessary on this less than pleasant experience. I am almost 70 years old. I been dealing with chronic pain since 2000. Surgery not an option for any of it. In 2005 I was referred to Comprehensive Pain Care for breakthrough pain my doctor couldn't treat. An MRI was done followed by injections. I waited in room about an hour She was abrupt. Small room, she said “stand back”! It was an awful experience. I had made appointment for treatment. Called next day and cancelled, couldn’t trust her.
I had an appointment. After waiting 90 minutes I inquired how much longer it would be. I was finally shown into an exam room only to be told the doctor couldn't see me. When I said I had an appointment I was very gruffly told I'll have to wait 4 more weeks inn addition to the 4 weeks I HAD ALREADY WAITED! When I said I was in terrible pain they went deaf. Nasty assistant said its nobody's fault.
