I have been taking advantage of the technical services of Computer Concepts annually for 3+ years. As a Civil Servant Retiree, I could no longer call upon the computer experts at work. I was hesitant to ask friends and acquaintances for help because I couldn't be certain of their level of expertise. I’m so glad that y’all were able to fix my laptop so quickly! When it broke the week before finals, I freaked out. You guys were awesome, fixed my laptop quickly, and let me know what was wrong and how soon I’d have it back! Thanks!

Excellent, did what they said they would do when they said they would do it for the price they said. Not only that they took time to help with some minor clean up of the hard drive. I seldom write reviews but this was an outstanding experience.
