Wonderful customer service. Went in during COVID with a broken screen on my MacBook Pro: Got it replaced in under two hours and the price was extremely reasonable. The technician realized my logic board had been damaged during a recall repair two years ago. Instructed me to call Apple and request a new logic board. Of course, Apple, denied all fault. I have an autistic grandson who has more advanced computer skills than I. He surfs everything from diesel engine maintenance sites to the Simpsons but unfortunately, when he gets excited at something he is watching, he raps the monitor. Helpful working on Apple computer even though computer can’t be corrected.
Great service.
Because of coronavirus my windows 10 class was cancelled and I just had my new PC for less than one month. Dick Smith was able to help me with the new information I needed coming from a Mac to a PC so I could really use my new computer in these restrictive times. We did it by phone (because I am not set up for Skype). He was so helpful and patient. Computer Concepts has always been very helpful to me and I am very satisfied with my new Lenovo. Angela Herring
In the midst of a hard drive failure - compounded by the beginnings of business concerns about how to handle new Coronavirus rules - the folks at Computer Concepts could not have been more helpful! Being a "senior" I needed some simple help. The courteous and friendly staff at the Yorktown store helped to pair my iPhone to my iwatch. It was very simple, reset my watch. Problem solved. Didn't have to go out and my watch is nicely paired with my iwatch. Thanks Carl
