Great service, very fast, and affordable. They saved my Mac!!!!!
Great fast service and nice folks to deal with.
Only gave a 3 since the problem didn’t get fixed. Couldn’t replicate in store but as soon as I got home and went on internet my computer started rebooting again all on its own. $90 for no results. Otherwise, very friendly and nice to deal with.

I have been taking advantage of the technical services of Computer Concepts annually for 3+ years. As a Civil Servant Retiree, I could no longer call upon the computer experts at work. I was hesitant to ask friends and acquaintances for help because I couldn't be certain of their level of expertise. The Technicians at the Chesapeake site (Jeremy and Thomas) have professionally repaired my laptop and ensured that I have the best security available. Excellent, did what they said they would do when they said they would do it for the price they said. Not only that they took time to help with some minor clean up of the hard drive. I seldom write reviews but this was an outstanding experience.
