I was less than satisfied with my overall experience with CCA. I felt that the advisor we were assigned was not in tune with us and our needs and did not provide the service I felt should have been given. We were only shown 3 places, she was a little too gleeful about bankrupting my mom, and said she had plenty of money to look at nice places, and was not upfront about cost—basically she was like a used car sales person who was trying to prey on a vulnerable family and rip my mom off. Our advisor was far too interested in getting her commission than meeting our needs. Only showed us one facility and then she cranked up the pressure to make a decision THAT day...and our mom couldn't afford the facility she took us to, but she said "well after 4-5 years you can move her". We did far better and less stress just making our own appts and visiting one or two care centers a week after we pre-qualified our mom by talking to them on the phone.
