Our advisor was far too interested in getting her commission than meeting our needs. Only showed us one facility and then she cranked up the pressure to make a decision THAT day...and our mom couldn't afford the facility she took us to, but she said "well after 4-5 years you can move her". We did far better and less stress just making our own appts and visiting one or two care centers a week after we pre-qualified our mom by talking to them on the phone.
