Do not do business with this company. I started out like many others with Palisade legal group (which is out of business, but Concordia still does business under that name) sounds illegal to be by the way. Heres my situation, I consolidated 3 credit cards on their advice to default on them and they would negotiate a lower settlement amount. Over years 1 appears to have been paid off. You have no access to your payment history unless they give you a 1 time password to view it. They call you about increasing your payments to s... read more

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.I have been trying to get my money back since **July 6, 2026**, and every time I call, I get a different answer. First, I was told it would take **35 days**, then **510 days**, then **1530 days**. Later, I was told there was an additional requirement that had never been mentioned before.The constant changes, lack of communication, and broken promises have been incredibly frustrating.
