We contracted with a firm that was eventually taken over by Concordia Legal Advisors and the issues weve had since wanting to pay off the program are awful! When I called to ask for a payoff amount they said they would call back within a week with that ********* took over 3 weeks to finally get an amount. I have been working with Concordia for 1 year. I had 10 accounts, only 1 was settled. Which was not what they stated they could do. I payed them monthly a total of $5237.76. They payed my 1 settled account $2227.90. I cancelled my service and they are only refunding $514.04, SCAMMING me $2495.66 and they basically told me oh well. Do not trust this company.
