If I could leave a lower rating, I would have. I would council anyone thinking of using this company to reconsider. What they told me when I signed up, is they have great relationships with all my creditors and as a result they would be able to begin settlement discussions within 3 months. What they do not tell you and I came to learn 6 months into the program, is that you need to build up a balance in your account before they will speak to a creditor.
