Believe the reviews. Do NOT go with this company. It is a complete scam. They will take your money and settle nothing. Credit score will drop insanely. I was signed up for 3 months with one thing "settled". Constant calls, texts, emails from debt collectors. I asked to cancel when one creditor started garnishing my wages. Concordia wasn't even aware of that happening. I signed up for peace of mind, one payment and they would handle everything. When I called to complain they made excuses and refused to give me any money back.... read more

I canceled with Concordia after a year and asked to have a breakdown of what was paid in and paid out and have the remaining balance deposited back into my account. As soon as I contacted them it took 4 days for them to finally cancel, on due to the fact that I had planned on going with another company and they contacted them. They kept sending me clixdocu to sign to send mor money instead of canceling. I tried replying and telling them again to cancel and those emails were rejected.
